My husband and I were first time homebuyers in a very competitive market. Thankfully Stephanie was our agent and helped us through the whole process that we really knew nothing about at the beginning. We had hurdles along the way but she worked hard for us and was very good at clearly communicating everything that was going on and how we should move forward. With Stephanie by our sides the whole time, we ended up closing on our beautiful house just a couple months after starting the house hunting process and are so happy everything fell into place the way it did.

We worked with Stephanie for four months to find our vacation home. She never gave up and finally found our dream home. She went out of her way to assist us. Very patient and persistent. She communicated very well.

Stephanie Vogel was simply amazing. From start to finish. We found Stephanie randomly looking for homes in one area of Upstate NY. Then from there we hit the ground running. She helped us find a few different homes that fit our interest and budget. From there we found a couple that we had serious interest in and started to make offers and lose out because of demand. But Stephanie didn’t let us give up. She supported us in every way she could and we eventually found the one and she never left our side along the way to close. She was proactive on every single aspect of the process. Educated us every step along the way.

I first contacted Stephanie because she was the listing agent on a property I was interested in at the beginning of my search for a home. As a buyer, I was uncertain if it was the right decision to choose a real estate agent who is representing a seller. It ended up being the best decision! Stephanie listened to what I found important in a home and never pressured me into making a decision unless it was right for me. She knew the right steps to take when making an offer and was transparent about why those steps are important. Once my offer was accepted, Stephanie's recommendations for inspectors and attorneys were fantastic. She continued to work hard by communicating with the bank, attorneys, and the seller to make sure the closing process was happening in a timely manner. I'm now happily in my home and grateful to have such a wonderful real estate agent!
